VINEYARDS
Wine obtained from Glera and Durella grapes, which are both traditional and autochthon varieties grown in selected hilly vineyards of Veneto region.

VINIFICATION
White vinification with a slow natural fermentation under controlled temperature in order to enhance its freshness and bouquet. Second fermentation in autoclave.

Residual sugar: 16.00 g/l

CHARACTERISTICS
• Colour: straw yellow;
• Bouquet: enjoyably typical and fruity with a light mineral reminding;
• Taste: dry, refreshing and light sparkling.

FOOD MATCHES
It perfectly accompanies light fish courses, also recommended as aperitif.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 8°-10°C.
