Wine obtained from Merlot and Tai Rosso grapes grown in selected hilly vineyards.
Rosé vinification with slight maceration under low controlled temperatures in order to enhance the fruity aromas. Second fermentation in autoclave.

Total acidity: 5.50 g/l
Residual sugars: 17.00 g/l
Total dry extract: 38.00 g/l
• Colour: vivid rosy;
• Bouquet: light, pleasant with fruity hints;
• Taste: well-balanced, fresh and fruity.
Enjoy it as aperitif or with soups, salami,cheese and white meats.
Serve at 8°-10°C.
