VINEYARDS
Wine obtained from Corvina and Rondinella grapes grown in hilly vineyards in the Province of Verona, inside Doc Bardolino area. The soil is of morainic origin, loose and argillaceous.

VINIFICATION
Vinification in red. The grapes are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation with maceration of the grape skins in steel autoclaves under controlled temperature at 24°-26°C. Refinement in steel.

Alcohol content: 12.50% vol.
Total acidity: 5.30 g/l
Residual sugars: 6.70 g/l
Total dry extract: 30.00 g/l

CHARACTERISTICS
• Colour: light ruby red
• Bouquet: intense, fruity with scents of plum
• Taste: dry, persistent with hints of forest fruits; well-balanced and full bodied.

FOOD MATCHES
Ideal for all dishes, it perfectly accompanies first courses, white meats, soft –and blue cheese and salumi.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 18°-20°C.
