Selected white grapes
Wine obtained from selected white grapes, grown in vineyards mostly located on hills with a south-east sun-exposure. The soil has a substratum of calcareous and argillaceous rocks.
Vinification in white. First fermentation in steel autoclaves under controlled temperature. Second fermentation at low temperatures in steel autoclaves with selected yeasts, according to the Charmat Method.
Alcohol content: 11.50% vol.
Total acidity: 6.30 g/l
Residual sugars: 16.00 g/l
Total dry extract: 38.00 g/l
• Colour: pale straw yellow;
• Bouquet: delicate, pleasant and fruity;
• Taste: fresh, harmonious and well-balanced.
Excellent as an aperitif or accompanied with all fish courses and starters.
Serve at 6°-8°C.
