Wine obtained from Garganega grapes grown in selected vineyards located in low hills with a calcareous soil.
White vinification with a soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation under controlled temperature in steel autoclaves at 16°-18°C with refinement on the yeasts for 6 months.
Alcohol content: 12.50 % vol.
Total acidity: 5.80 g/l
Residual sugars: 6.20 g/l
Total dry extract: 26 g/l
• Colour: straw yellow;
• Bouquet: typical, delicate with notes of white flowers and sambuca;
• Taste: dry, pleasantly bitterish taste with a medium body and a proper acidity.
Pleasant as an aperitif. It perfectly accompanies soup, fresh pasta, vegetables first courses, white meat and sea- and freshwater fish.
Serve at 8°-10°C.
