Wine obtained from Tai Rosso grapes grown on Colli Berici (Berici hills), an area of volcanic origin and an ancient winemaking tradition.
Red vinification. Maceration under controlled temperature of 22°/24° C in order to enhance the fruity aroma. Refinement in steel Sur lie.
Alcohol content: 12.00% vol.
Total acidity: 5.90 g/l
Residual sugar: 7.20 g/l
Total dry extract: 31.00 g/l
• Colour: light ruby red;
• Bouquet: distinctive and pleasant with a reminding of cherry;
• Taste: dry, full and well-balanced with pleasant notes of red fruits.
It is suitable for all dishes, enjoyable especially with cheese, raw ham, tasty first courses and pizza.
Serve at 18°C.
