Demi-sparkling Prosecco obtained from Glera grapes grown in hilly vineyards with a good thermal excursion between night and day.
Vinification in white. Fermentation in steel autoclaves under controlled temperature. Second fermentation under low temperature in autoclave.
Alcohol content: 11.50% vol.
Total acidity: 6.40 g/l.
Residual sugars: 15.00 g/l.
Total dry extract: 35.00 g/l.
• Colour: pale straw yellow with greenish hints;
• Bouquet: intense and fruity with notes of Williams pear;
• Taste: fresh and harmonic.
Perfect companion in every moment of the day. Ideal with finger food, aperitifs and fish dishes.
Serve at 8°-10°C.
