100 % Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Province of Vicenza, in hilly vineyards with a south sun-exposure. The soil is calcareous.
Vinification in red. The grapes are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation with maceration of the grape skins in steel autoclaves under controlled temperature at 24°-26°C. Refinement in steel and wood.

• Colour: intense ruby red;
• Bouquet: pleasant, intense, typical with hints of spices;
• Taste: dry, full-bodied and velvety with a light reminding of cocoa.
It is recommended with roasted red meat, game and mature cheese.
Serve at 18°-20°C.
