Wine obtained from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Province of Vicenza, in hilly vineyards at intermediate altitude (100-200m). The soil is calcareous-argillaceous.
White vinification. The grapes are destemmed and than macerated for a brief time with a soft pressing. Fermentation under controlled temperature in steel autoclaves at 16°-18°C with refinement on the yeasts for 6 months.

• Colour: intense straw yellow;
• Bouquet: fine and characteristic with notes of wild flowers;
• Taste: dry, well-balanced and pleasant.
Perfect as aperitif, this wine is recommended with first courses, fish, white meats and light cheese.
Serve at 8°-10°C.
