• Bouquet: characteristics fruity scent with tropical notes.
• Taste: dry, full, velvety with an exotic fruit scent.

Serving temperature: 8 – 10°C

Serving suggestion: Excellent with appetisers, fish or vegetable first courses, fish or white meat entrees. Excellent with oysters.
