Wine obtained from Merlot grapes grown in the Province of Vicenza, in hilly vineyards. The soil is deep, cool, argillaceous -calcareous.
Vinification in red. The grapes are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation with maceration of the grape skins in steel autoclaves under controlled temperature at 24°-26°C. Refinement in steel and wood.

• Bouquet: intense and elegant aroma with scents of berries;

Ideal for all courses, it perfectly accompanies pasta dishes, white and red roasted meats and poultry.
Serve at 18°-20°C.
