100% Pinot Nero
Wine obtained from Pinot Nero grapes grown in vineyards exposed to the sunlight, mainly with south-east exposure. The soil is rich of iron with a base of marlstone.
Vinification in red. The grapes are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation with maceration of the grape skins in steel autoclaves under controlled temperature at 20°-22°C. Refinement in steel and wood.
