Prosecco D.O.C. Sparkling Extra Dry
Wine obtained from an accurate selection of Glera grapes grown in hilly vineyards with a high temperature range between night and day.
Vinification in white. First fermentation in steel autoclaves under controlled temperature. Second fermentation
at low temperatures in steel autoclaves with selected yeasts, according to the Charmat Method.
Alcohol content: 11.50% vol.
Total acidity: 5.40 g/l
Residual sugars: 15.00 g/l
Total dry extract: 31.80 g/l
• Colour: light straw yellow;
• Perlage: fine and persistent;
• Bouquet: pleasant with notes of Williams pear and floral hints of Narcissus;
• Taste: fresh and soft.
Excellent as an aperitif. It is perfect with delicate dishes, fish and shellfish.
Serve at 6°-8°C.
