Wine obtained from Sauvignon grapes grown in the Province of Vicenza, in vineyards with calcareous soil with a pronounced slope.
White vinification. The grapes are destemmed and macerated for a brief time at 10°C,than if follows a soft pressing. Fermentation under controlled temperature in steel autoclaves at 14°-16°C.

Total acidity: 6.20 g/l
Residual sugars: 4.00 g/l
Total dry extract: 32.00 g/l
• Colour: intense straw yellow;
• Bouquet: typical fruity bouquet with exotic notes;
• Taste: dry, full, velvety taste reminding.
Recommended with fish and shellfish and with egg pasta with vegetables.
Serve at 8°-10°C.
