Prosecco D.O.C. Sparkling Brut Millesimato
Wine obtained from Glera grapes grown in vocated vineyards with a high temperature range between night and day. Handmade harvest – Millennium 2015.
Single fermentation in steel autoclaves under low temperature, according to “Martinotti Method” to enhance a persistent and fine perlage.
Alcohol content: 11.50% vol.
Total acidity: 6.00 g/l
Residual sugars: 9.00 g/l
Total dry Extract: 30.00 g/l
• Colour: straw yellow;
• Perlage: fine and persistent;
• Bouquet: pleasant with notes of “Renetta” apple and hints of acacia flowers;
• Taste: fresh and dry.
Excellent as aperitif. It is perfect with fish and shellfish first dishes.
Serve at 6-8°C.
